Bloods & Crips is a loosely knit group of gang members from both the Bloods and the Crips, who came together during the gang truce of 1992 under the supervision of a label executive. Their aim was to provide an outlet for gang members to express their frustrations through music rather than violence on the streets. The initial album, "Bangin On Wax," saw all proceeds directed towards local schools and parks for children. In 1994, Ronnie introduced new talent, leading to the release of "Bangin On Wax 2." Eventually, the groups went their separate ways, creating individual Blood and Crip tapes under their own aliases.
