Blue Steel was a southern rock band hailing from Texas, led by Richard Bowden, who handled guitar and vocals. The band also featured Howard Burke on guitar and vocals, Mark Durham on bass, Leonard Arnold on guitar and vocals, and Michael Huey on drums. Blue Steel released two albums during their time together. Following the band's disbandment, Richard Bowden collaborated with Sandy Pinkard to form a country/comedy duo.
