Bob James is an American keyboardist, singer, songwriter, producer, and music arranger, born on December 25, 1939, in Marshall, Missouri. He is the father of a singer/songwriter and had a long tenure with Warner Bros. Records from 1985 to 2003. Notably, all of his Tappan Zee/Columbia and CTI albums have been released on his current label, and several of his Warner Bros. catalogue, including Fourplay albums, have been reissued on Evosound.
