Bobby Penn is an American country music singer-songwriter and musician. He achieved chart success on the U.S. country charts three times between 1971 and 1976. His highest-charting song, "You Were on My Mind," reached #51 in 1971. Additionally, he had two other charted songs: "Watch Out for Lucy," which peaked at #88 in 1974, and "Little Weekend Warriors," which reached #100 in 1976.
