Body Count is an American metal band formed in 1990 in Los Angeles, California, by a rapper and guitarist. The band's lineup has seen several changes over the years. The original members included the lead vocalist, who has been with the band since its inception, and lead guitarist Ernie Cunnigan, also a founding member. The rhythm guitar position has been filled by different musicians, starting with one member from 1990 to 2004, followed by another from 2004 to 2013, and the current member since 2013. On bass, Lloyd Roberts was part of the original lineup from 1990 to 1997, followed by another bassist from 1997 to 2001, and the current bassist since 2001. The drumming duties were initially handled by Victor Ray Wilson from 1990 to 1996, followed by another drummer from 1997 to 2006, and the current drummer since 2009. Tragically, three members of the original lineup have passed away: one in 1996, another in 2001, and the third in 2004.
