Boo and The Tru-Tones is a Saint Lucian band formed in the 1960s, led by Boo. They gained significant popularity in the 1970s in the United Kingdom, recording five albums and several singles, including the notable tracks "Hungry Belly," "Burning Eyes," and "Sexy Thing," a remake of the Hot Chocolate song. Following the break-up of The Tru-Tones, Hinkson embarked on a successful solo career and toured worldwide.
