Boo Williams, born Willie Griffin on July 20, 1967, in Chicago, has been an integral part of the city's house music scene since 1981 when he first began DJing. In the 1990s, he expanded his musical talents into production and remixing, starting in 1993. His journey in music was influenced by his early experiences partying on the south side of Chicago and his introduction to Glenn Underground, who played a pivotal role in getting him started in music production.
