Borghesia is a pioneering multimedia and electronic music group from Ljubljana, Slovenia, formed in the early 1980s. Emerging from the alternative art collective FV 112/15, they became one of the leading voices of the Yugoslav and European industrial and synth scene. Their work blends provocative electronic rhythms with political and social commentary, exploring themes of freedom, identity, and resistance. Known for their genre-defying sound and striking visual performances, Borghesia has left a lasting influence on electronic and alternative music across Europe.
