Borghesia is a Slovenian electronic and rock music group formed in Ljubljana in 1982, during the time of Yugoslavia. Known for their provocative aesthetics that explore themes of prohibition, taboo, and repression, they are recognized as key figures in the Electronic Body Music genre. The band initially disbanded in 1995 but reunited in 2009. The lineup history includes Dario Seraval on vocals and programming from 1982 to 1991 and during the 2009 reunion, Aldo Ivančić on drums and programming from 1982 to 2010, and several video artists: Zemira Alajbegović (1982-1989), Goran Devide (1982-1988), and Neven Korda (1982-1989).
