He is well known for his collaborations in the 1970s, particularly with an unnamed artist, where his Fender Rhodes electric piano and flute accompaniments played a significant role in many compositions. Notable tracks from their first official album collaboration in 1974 include "The Bottle" and "Your Daddy Loves You." Over the course of their partnership from 1971 to 1980, they worked on nine albums, initially with pioneering labels before moving to major ones. Although he released projects sporadically, Jackson returned to prominence with a project in 2021 and subsequently released his album in 2022.
