Bruxas is a musical project that takes listeners on a psychedelic journey into the tropics, created by Gardner and Mauskovic. The duo is dedicated to delivering pure vibes with an international flair, ensuring that listeners feel as though they are picking sand out of the record's grooves, whether they are on the beach or not. Gardner, known for his self-titled solo project featuring Mauskovic on drums, has received global acclaim, drawing comparisons to notable acts like Broadcast and Tame Impala. Mauskovic has built a reputation for his sub-equatorial percussion, having played in bands such as Altin Gün, Eerie Wanda, and The Mauskovic Dance Band. Bruxas formed when Gardner and Mauskovic were playing as the backing band for the 70s act Witch, inspired by their experience to embark on a collaborative musical journey.
