BulletBoys is an American hair and glam metal band formed in 1986 in Los Angeles, California, after members Marq Torien, Mick Sweda, and Lonnie Vencent left King Kobra. The original lineup included session and touring drummer Marc Danzeisen, who was later replaced by Jimmy D'Anda before the band signed with Warner Brothers. The band gained recognition with their first two albums, "BulletBoys," released on September 16, 1988, and "Freakshow," released on March 12, 1991, both by Warner Brothers Records/WEA. They sold over 1 million copies worldwide. Their music video for the song "Hang on St. Christopher" from the album "Freakshow" received heavy rotation on MTV, showcasing the band's appeal with its striking visuals.
