Bunny Sigler was a singer, songwriter, and producer born on March 27, 1941, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He passed away on October 6, 2017, near Philadelphia. As a writer and producer during the 1960s and 1970s, Bunny collaborated with various disco artists and groups, focusing particularly on his disco group, which provided instrumentation for many of his solo records. Initially signed to a record label, he later joined a subsidiary label in 1977, where his first album featured the mixed disco hit "Party Party Party." His subsequent album produced the hi-NRG hit "By The Way You Dance," which became popular on disco floors in New York.
