Buzz Busby was an American bluegrass mandolin player and songwriter, born on September 6, 1933, in Eros, Louisiana. He was the brother of another musician and initially went by the name Bernarr Busbice. However, he simplified his name to Buzz Busby for commercial purposes when he entered the music industry. Buzz Busby passed away on January 5, 2003, in Catonsville, Maryland.
