Captain Rapp is a hip hop and post-disco rapper and songwriter, renowned for being one of the first West Coast rappers to release music on vinyl. While the rapper Casper had previously released "Groovy Ghost Show Part 1," Captain Rapp is noted for his contributions to the West Coast scene, as Casper's record was not released by a West Coast label.
