Carlos Perón is a Swiss musician born on June 9, 1952, in Zürich, Switzerland. He began his career as a keyboard player with the New Wave band Urland before collaborating with Boris Blank in his first studio. In 1978, they traveled to the USA and caught the attention of Ralph Records, leading to their signing. After meeting Dieter Meier, they formed a trio and released their first 12" on a local label before returning to Ralph Records. Perón remained with Yello until early 1983. In 1981, he released his first solo album, "Impersonator," and in 1983, he created the successful soundtrack for "Die Schwarze Spinne," which featured his signature track, "Komtur." Throughout the 1980s, he produced and managed his own studio, establishing a publishing company. One of the acts he produced in 1991 served as a connection to the independent label that released many of his projects until the early 2000s. Perón also engaged in various projects, including AMX 40 and Dark Ruler. To reflect his success as a producer of erotic fetish-oriented scores, a special sublabel was created. He worked on numerous commercials as an audio producer and continued to release soundtracks for novels, theater, and performances.
