Caroline Crawford is an American soul and disco singer born on July 19, 1949, in Detroit, Michigan. She was signed to a record label in 1963 at the age of 13 and provided backup vocals for many early Motown artists, recording her first solo venture in 1964. After leaving Motown in 1965, she became the lead singer for another artist. In the late 1970s, Caroline released a few solo albums.
