Catherine Christer Hennix, also known as C.C. Hennix, was a Swedish-American composer, philosopher, scientist, and visual artist, recognized for her association with drone minimal music. She was born on January 25, 1948, in Stockholm, Sweden, and passed away on November 19, 2023, in Istanbul, Turkey. Hennix was the daughter of a jazz composer.
