Catherine Le Forestier is a French singer, composer, and musician known for her talents in violin and percussion. She began her career in the 1960s as part a duo with her younger brother. Her solo career took off in 1969 when her brother was called to military service. In 1971, she traveled to Morocco, where she lived for seven years and adopted the name "Aziza." After returning to France, she continued her music career until her retirement in 2013. Catherine was born on May 9, 1946, in Paris, France.
