Cathy Young (born 1951) is a Canadian singer and songwriter known for her contributions to the music industry. She released her first album, A Spoonful of Cathy Young, in 1969, followed by her second album, Travel Stained, in 1973. Young gained recognition when she won the Juno Award for Best New Artist in 1974 and received a nomination for Best Female Vocalist in 1975.
