Cause and Effect is a band that originated in California in 1990, founded by Robert Rowe and Sean Rowley. Tragically, Rowley passed away in 1992 due to a heart attack triggered by an asthma attack while on stage. Following this, Richard Shepherd and Keith Milo joined Rowe in the band. After years of activity, Cause and Effect dissolved in April 2020.
