Cengiz Coşkuner (b. April 5, 1950; Istanbul) is a Turkish musician, composer, singer, and arranger. From 1970 to 1986, he created arrangements for many renowned artists, including Zeki Müren, Neşe Karaböcek, Coşkun Sabah, Selami Şahin, Gülden Karaböcek, Yıldırım Gürses, and Bülent Ersoy. He is known for composing the songs "Duvardaki Resim" and "Gelin," which are associated with Cengiz Kurtoğlu. Since 1986, Coşkuner has focused on his solo career, interpreting popular songs with his guitar and releasing nearly 50 albums.
