Rjyan Kidwell, born around 1980, is an electronic producer known by his stage name Cex. Raised in Baltimore, he moved to Oakland, California, in 2003. Cex is recognized for his confrontational vocal style, particularly evident in his 2002 release 'Tall, Dark & Handcuffed.' He has collaborated with notable artists such as Miguel Depedro (Kid606) and Aaron Funk (Venetian Snares).
