Change is an Italian-American post-disco group formed in Bologna, Italy, in 1979 by businessman and executive producer Jacques Fred Petrus and Mauro Malavasi. Heavily influenced by the disco band Chic, Change achieved immediate success with their debut album, *The Glow of Love* (1980), featuring the million-selling single "A Lover's Holiday" and introducing Luther Vandross as a lead vocalist. The group continued to produce hits like "Paradise" and "The Very Best in You," blending Italo disco, dance, post-disco, Euro disco, R&B, and funk. After a hiatus, Change reformed in 2018 with original members Davide Romani and Mauro Malavasi, joined by new vocalist Tanya Michelle Smith, releasing the single "Hit or Miss" from their album *Love 4 Love*.
