Channel Live is an American hip hop duo from East Orange, New Jersey, consisting of Vincent "Tuffy" Morgan and Hakim Green. The duo was discovered by KRS-One and released their debut album, Station Identification, in 1995, which featured their biggest hit, "Mad Izm," peaking at 54 on the Billboard Hot 100. Throughout the 1990s, they made various appearances, including contributions to KRS-One's self-titled album and the soundtrack for the first Wesley Snipes Blade film. In 2000, Channel Live released their second album, Armaghetto, on Flavor Unit Records, featuring collaborations with Method Man, Black Rob, Ms. Toi, Malik Yusef, and Carl Thomas. Their third album, Secret Science Rap, was released in 2006. Hakim Green has remained active into 2024, collaborating with artists such as Treach, Dres, Keith Murray, Thirstin Howl III, Sadat X, General Steele, DoItAll Dupré, Carl Thomas, and KRS-One, with whom he frequently collaborates.
