Chelo Silva was a talented singer known for her boleros and ranchera music. Born on August 25, 1922, in Brownsville, Texas, she made significant contributions to the music scene. Silva passed away on April 2, 1988, in Corpus Christi, Texas. She was also recognized as a member of the South Texas Music Walk of Fame.
