Cherushii, whose real name was Chelsea Faith, was an electronic musician, producer, and live performer based in San Francisco. With a deep passion for dance music history, her work drew inspiration from Detroit techno, Chicago house, and classic rave sounds. Over the course of 10 years, she established herself as a live PA and producer, utilizing her technical skills and musical talent to create lush, retro-futurist productions. Tragically, she lost her life in the "Ghost Ship" fire in Oakland, California, on December 2, 2016.
