Chiemi Manabe is a singer, actress, and model born on January 4, 1965. She is known for being part of the idol trio Pansy alongside Sawako Kitahara. Manabe released her only solo album, "Fushigi Shoujo" (不思議・少女), in 1982, which has gained popularity among cosmic disco enthusiasts, particularly for the track "Untotooku" (うんととおく). This album-only cut became well-known in DJ sets and was released as a 7" single for the first time in April 2017.
