Chris Squire was born on March 4, 1948, and passed away on June 27, 2015. He began his musical career as a choirboy, which provided him with valuable insights into vocal arrangements and techniques that influenced his work throughout his career. Renowned for his melodic style of playing bass guitar, Squire became a highly influential performer. In 1968, he formed a band with a vocalist and remained the only member to appear on every one of their studio albums until his death. He also had a studio at his home.
