Christ. is a Scottish musician known for his work as a solo electronic music artist. He often performs live with a drummer and is associated with the Scottish electronic music group. He was an early participant in the Hexagon Sun collective, from which Boards of Canada emerged, and collaborated with others until approximately 1995. Christ. appeared on an album originally issued on a label and expressed gratitude to the duo on the release from Records after an amicable departure. He has toured the UK, Europe, and Japan, and performed a live session for BBC Radio 1 at Maida Vale studios in London on 17 December 2003, which became notable for being the only occasion when the well-known British radio DJ John Peel requested an encore.
