Christian Bruhn is a German composer and music producer, born on October 17, 1934, in Wentorf near Hamburg, Germany. He has composed numerous chart successes for German artists and participated as a songwriter and conductor in the Eurovision Song Contest on two occasions, in 1962 and 1970. Bruhn served as the chief of the German music collecting society GEMA from 1991 to 2009 and was the president of CISAC, the umbrella organization of copyright societies. He is the father of one child and was married to two individuals from 1972 to 1976 and from 1976 to 2001.
