Christine Perfect, born Christine Anne Perfect on July 12, 1943, in Greenodd, Lancashire, England, was a notable musician who passed away on November 30, 2022. Early in her career, she performed under her maiden name with the British Blues band Chicken Shack, where she was the lead singer on the hit "I'd Rather Go Blind," which reached the top 10 in the U.K. After recording two albums with Chicken Shack, she left the band in 1969 and released a self-titled solo album in 1970. She later joined Fleetwood Mac. Christine was married to a bassist from 1968 until their divorce in 1976, and she married again in 1986, with that marriage ending in divorce in 2003.
