Circus Of Power is a hard/sleaze rock band from New York, formed in 1986. They embodied East Coast sleaze rock during the late 80s and early 90s. The classic line-up included vocals, drums, guitars, and bass, and they were signed to a label, releasing their self-titled debut album. Their music featured bluesy, bad-ass biker rock, complemented by lyrics that explored themes of debauchery and depravity. Following their debut, they released a live EP titled 'Still Alive' in 1989 and their second full-length album, 'Vices,' in 1990, which helped them secure major tours and MTV airplay. After experiencing line-up and label changes, they released their third full-length album, 'Magic and Madness,' in 1993. This album introduced a more melodic sound while maintaining the grit their fans expected. Circus Of Power disbanded in 1995, but they had sporadic reunion gigs over the years. In 2014, they returned with a new line-up that included Stoner Rock legend on drums, and in 2017, they released their first album in 25 years, titled 'Four.'
