CLANN is an Irish family group that began in the early 1970s, originally focusing on folk, folk-rock, and folk fusion. In 1982, they transitioned to a style of folk-based music that incorporated synthesizers and electronic production techniques. The band is fronted by Maire Ni Bhraonain, who recreated her vocals from "Theme From Harry's Game" for Chicane's hit "Saltwater." CLANN has received numerous accolades, including an Ivor Novello and a BAFTA.
