Claudio Ferrer was a prolific and successful Puerto Rican composer, known for his extensive body of work that includes over 600 pieces across various genres. He is also recognized as one of the best second voices in the history of the Antillean popular songbook. Born in Comerío, Puerto Rico, on September 9, 1904, and registered on September 19, 1905, Ferrer passed away in Bayamón on December 31, 1979.
