Client is a musical group originally formed by Kate Holmes, a former member of a band, and Sarah Blackwood, also a former member of another band. In 2002, they became the first signing to a label run by Depeche Mode's member. After splitting with Toast Hawaii in 2005, Client signed with various labels, including one for Europe (except the UK and Scandinavia), another for Scandinavia, a label in the USA, and one in Mexico. In the UK, they release music under Kate Holmes' own label. On December 19, 2010, Client B left the band, and Nicole Thomas was recruited for vocal duties.
