Cliff Nobles was an American singer, born on August 4, 1941, in Grove Hill, Alabama. He began his musical journey in high school as a member of a local group called The Delroys. After moving to Philadelphia, he recorded three singles for Atlantic Records, though none of them charted. Nobles' breakthrough came when he formed a band. He passed away on October 12, 2008.
