Congress was an alias used by Danny Matlock and Danny Harrison, who were also known as Nush. They gained popularity in the mid to late nineties with handbag hits like "U Girls" and were recognized for their numerous remixes. One of their notable tracks, "40 Miles," started as an instrumental before vocals were added, turning it into a rave anthem and a quintessential example of old skool house music.
