Connie Hall was an American country singer and songwriter, born on June 24, 1929, in Walden, Kentucky. She was active in the music industry from 1954 until the late 1960s. Hall began her career when Jimmie Skinner hired her to sing on his radio show at WNOP in Newport, Kentucky. In 1957, she signed a recording contract with Mercury Records and made her recording debut that same year with the duet "We've Got Things In Common" alongside Jimmie Skinner, which achieved Top 10 success on the Billboard charts. Hall released her first solo single in 1958, titled "I'm the Girl In the USA," which also climbed the charts. Connie Hall passed away on January 7, 2021, in Louisville, Kentucky.
