CRICET, born Arner A. Moering III, is a talented rapper and producer hailing from San Diego, California. With a deep-rooted passion for music that began at the age of 10, CRICET was influenced by his musically inclined family and his uncle from Queens, NY, who introduced him to rap by creating his own record. At 14, CRICET formed a local rap group called "The Foundation" with two childhood friends, where they wrote and produced their own music, gaining popularity in local talent shows. In 1994, CRICET met MC Hammer, who signed him to "Roll With It" records. Although his self-titled album "CRICET" was never released due to Hammer's personal issues, CRICET gained invaluable experience in the music industry while traveling to various countries. In 1996, he and friend Michael Pediford established "Big Chief Records," where he wrote and produced "The Prophecy" and formed the group "E-Mortal Gang." Despite the challenges faced by Big Chief Records, CRICET continued to pursue his passion for music. He contributed to the worldwide soundtrack "MVP's" and the compilation "Boys in the Hood and in the Barrio." Additionally, he produced for several local artists, including Def Jam's Jayo-Felony, and collaborated with notable artists such as Keith Murray, Max B, Suga Free, Yukmouth, E-40, and Grammy
