Cro-Mags is a hardcore punk and metal band formed in 1980 in New York City, NY, USA, by Harley Flanagan. The band has undergone numerous lineup changes over the years, but the most recognized lineup features John Joseph on lead vocals, Harley Flanagan on bass guitar, Parris Mayhew on guitar, and Mackie Jayson on drums. Cro-Mags are notable for being among the first bands to blend hardcore punk with thrash metal.
