Crystal Image is a US soul group founded by Frank Gillespie, Larry Scales, and Richard Alexander, all hailing from Benton Harbor, Michigan. The group later relocated to Washington, D.C. After the move, Alexander returned to Michigan and was replaced by Derek Cortez Hill, who is from Detroit.
