D Double E, whose real name is Darren Dixon, was born on January 19, 1980, and is an English grime rapper hailing from Forest Gate, East London. He was a member of the early grime collective N.A.S.T.Y Crew but left due to a dispute with the then leader, Marcus Nasty. Following this, he founded a group with unspecified members. In 2014, D Double E established his own record label, Bluku Music.
