Dakota Oak was a pseudonym used by a German-born British musician, born on March 4, 1978, in Hannover, Germany. He was a founding artist on a label and moved to Ashbourne, Derbyshire, England, with his family at the age of 8. Dakota Oak was reported missing and was found dead on the island of Corsica in June 2004, nearly two years later, having apparently fallen to his death. His date of death is believed to be around 2002.
