Daniël Jacques is a music producer and performer based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, and the founder of Jadac Recordings. He began producing music in the early 2000s, releasing his first record on Ben Sims’ Ingoma label in 2003. Over the next few years, he released seven EPs on various labels, including one under his Crudo alias on DJ Bone’s Subject Detroit Records. After a seven-year hiatus, Jacques made a comeback with the ‘Livet Efter Detta’ EP, released under his own name on DVS1’s Mistress Recordings in 2014. This EP was well-received, with one of its tracks, "End of My World," being featured in both Resident Advisor’s Poll: Top 50 Tracks of 2014 and Germany’s Groove Magazine Top 50 Singles Charts. It was also included in Ostgut Ton’s ‘Panorama Bar Mix 06,’ mixed by Ryan Elliott. In 2015, Jacques established his own record label, Jadac Recordings, to serve as an outlet for his productions.
