David Beatty was an American southern gospel and rockabilly singer, pianist, songwriter, and preacher from Tennessee. Born on June 26, 1935, he passed away on January 16, 2016, at the age of 80. Beatty served as the pastor of the Pine Hill Church of God in McDonald, Tennessee. He was related to notable musicians Jerry Lee Lewis, Jimmy Swaggart, and Mickey Gilley, being a cousin to them.
