David Johansen (born January 9, 1950, Staten Island, New York; died February 28, 2025, New York City) was a singer, songwriter, and actor, best known as the lead singer for a notable band and for his work under a pseudonym. He was married three times: first to an unnamed individual from 1977 to 1978, then to another unnamed individual from 1983 to 2011, and finally to a third unnamed individual in 2013, remaining married until his death in 2025. He was also the step-father of an unnamed person.
