David Lewiston (born 11 May 1929, London, England – died 29 May 2017, Wailuku, Hawaii, USA) was a British musician and journalist. He studied with notable figures and later became a collector of the world's traditional music. Lewiston is recognized for his field recordings, which he began releasing in 1967.
