The Davis Sisters were a country duet consisting of Betty Jack (B.J.) Davis, born in 1932, and her partner, who was born in 1931 and passed away in 2004. Despite their stage name, the sisters were not actually related. Tragically, Betty Jack Davis died in an auto accident in early August 1953, just outside of Cincinnati, Ohio, while the duo was returning home from a radio appearance in Wheeling, West Virginia.
