Dawn Penn is a Jamaican reggae singer born in 1952 in Kingston. She recorded several songs for producers between 1966 and 1970 before leaving the music scene to move to Tortola in the British Virgin Islands. In 1987, she returned to Jamaica and re-recorded her 1967 hit "You Don't Love Me - No No No" with producers in 1992. This new version became an international hit in 1994.
