Dday One is an American music producer, DJ, and songwriter based in Los Angeles, California. Renowned for his instrumental sample-based productions, he blends extensive Break-Beats and organic sounds with emotional elements. Utilizing the Sampler as his primary instrument, Dday One draws inspiration from nature, Free Jazz, and World Music, with a compositional process rooted in classic Hip Hop production and Electro-Acoustic music. He has released projects on various labels, with the majority of his work being through The, a label he founded, where he also serves as artistic director and creates much of the cover art photography.
